HEMP & BOTANICAL PRODUCT DISCLOSURE

1. Product Classification & Federal Compliance

Pipe420 Inc. ("Pipe420," "we," "us," "our") operates as a retail distributor of smoking accessories, vaporizer hardware, herbal accessories, and federally lawful hemp-derived cannabinoid and botanical products manufactured by independent third-party brands including, but not limited to, TRE House, CBDfx, Death Row Cannabis, Modern Herb Co., Habit, Reverly, Good'd Extracts, Rosin Tech Labs, and Dank-Fil-A.

All cannabinoid products sold on Pipe420 are derived exclusively from industrial hemp as defined by the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (the "Farm Bill"), 7 U.S.C. §16390 et seq. These products contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol ("THC") by dry weight and are therefore not marijuana and are not controlled substances under United States federal law.

Pipe420 does not sell marijuana, medical cannabis, recreational cannabis, tobacco, nicotine, or any federally controlled substances.

Each cannabinoid product offered for sale is accompanied by manufacturer-provided third-party laboratory Certificates of Analysis ("COAs") verifying cannabinoid content and federal hemp compliance at the time of manufacture and distribution. Pipe420 does not perform independent laboratory testing and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued validity of any COA provided by a manufacturer.

2. Hemp-Derived Cannabinoid Categories

Pipe420 may sell products containing CBD, Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC (within legal hemp limits), THCA, CBN, CBG, and hemp-derived terpene blends in forms including, but not limited to:

• Gummies and edible products
• Vape cartridges and disposable vapes
• Tinctures and oils
• Flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates
• Live resin, rosin, diamonds, sauce, and related extracts

THCA Products

THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid present in raw hemp flower. THCA is not intoxicating in its raw form, but when heated through smoking or vaporization, it converts into Delta-9 THC. THCA products sold by Pipe420 are federally lawful prior to heating because they comply with the Farm Bill's Delta-9 THC dry-weight threshold.

Delta-8 & Delta-9 Hemp Products

Delta-8 THC and hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products sold by Pipe420 are psychoactive and intoxicating. Delta-9 THC products remain federally lawful only because their Delta-9 concentration does not exceed 0.3% by dry weight at the time of manufacture and distribution. Pipe420 makes no guarantee regarding how a product may change when heated, stored, or used.

3. Mushroom-Based Botanical Products

Pipe420 sells mushroom-based botanical and functional products, including gummies, vapes, syrups, tinctures, and wellness blends that may contain Amanita muscaria, Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Chaga, and other non-scheduled mushroom compounds.

These products do not contain psilocybin or psilocin and are not classified as controlled substances under U.S. federal law. Pipe420 makes no medical, therapeutic, or psychoactive claims regarding these products.

4. FDA, Medical & Performance Disclaimers

No statements made by Pipe420, by any brand sold on this website, or in any product descriptions, strain names, effect labels, flavor names, or marketing materials constitute medical advice or a guarantee of performance, effect, or outcome. Individual responses vary widely. Pipe420 expressly disclaims any responsibility for how a product affects you physically, mentally, or emotionally.

5. Intoxication, Drug Testing & Personal Responsibility

Many products sold by Pipe420 may be intoxicating or impairing, including Delta-8, Delta-9, and THCA products. These products may cause impairment, delayed reaction time, altered perception, anxiety, nausea, dizziness, panic, or sedation.

You agree not to drive, operate machinery, or engage in dangerous or regulated activities while using these products.

Use of these products may result in a positive drug test for THC. Pipe420 makes no representations or warranties regarding drug-testing outcomes, employment, legal, or probation consequences.

6. Age Restriction & Identity Verification

All hemp-derived cannabinoid and mushroom products sold on Pipe420 are intended for adult use only (21+). By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

Pipe420 reserves the right to collect and verify personal information, including name, address, phone number, IP address, and age or identity verification data, through third-party services for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. Orders may be delayed, rejected, or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

7. State Law, Carrier Seizure & Shipping Risk

Hemp and mushroom laws vary by state, county, city, and carrier policy. Some jurisdictions prohibit or restrict certain cannabinoids or compounds. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws applicable to your location. Pipe420 makes no guarantee that any product is legal in your jurisdiction.

Pipe420 reserves the right to cancel, refuse, intercept, or reverse any shipment that would violate applicable laws, carrier rules, or regulatory guidance. Orders that are seized, delayed, returned, or destroyed by carriers or law-enforcement agencies are not refundable.

8. Transit Damage, Heat, Melting & Degradation

Hemp flower, concentrates, gummies, and vape products are sensitive to heat, cold, light, pressure, and time. Products may melt, leak, crystallize, dry out, separate, or change appearance during shipping. These changes do not constitute defects, mislabeling, or non-compliance and are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

9. Returns & Consumable Policy

Due to the nature of hemp-derived, botanical, edible, and vaporizer products, all sales are final once packaging is opened or products are used. Pipe420 does not accept returns or exchanges for opened consumables, including gummies, vapes, flower, concentrates, oils, or mushroom products. No refunds will be issued based on taste, potency perception, effect, or personal dissatisfaction.

10. No Manufacturer Liability

Pipe420 is a retail distributor only and does not manufacture, extract, formulate, or test any products sold. All products are produced and labeled by third-party brands. Pipe420 disclaims all liability for manufacturing defects, formulation issues, contamination, or labeling errors.

11. Indemnification & Arbitration

By purchasing from Pipe420, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipe420, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, fines, legal actions, or liabilities arising from your purchase, possession, or use of any product. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

12. Trademarks, FDA Notice, Reviews, & Cannabinoid Shipping Restrictions

Due to rapidly evolving state laws and regulatory interpretations related to hemp-derived cannabinoids and intoxicating products (including Delta-8, Delta-9, THCA, and similar compounds), certain products offered on Pipe420 may be unlawful to ship into particular states, counties, cities, or localities.

Federal law under the 2018 Farm Bill provides a framework for hemp legalization; however, state and local governments maintain independent authority to regulate, restrict, or prohibit specific cannabinoids, even when derived from federally lawful hemp. These laws and interpretations change frequently, and different regulatory agencies, attorneys general, and carriers may apply them differently.

Delta-8 THC & Similar Intoxicating Cannabinoids Restrictions

Pipe420 may restrict shipment of Delta-8 THC, Delta-10 THC, and other similar intoxicating cannabinoids into states that currently prohibit or restrict their sale or distribution under applicable state law or regulatory interpretation. Delta-9 Hemp Products Restrictions

Although hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products may be federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill when Delta-9 THC is less than or equal to 0.3% by dry weight, some states and local jurisdictions restrict or prohibit their sale, distribution, or shipment. Pipe420 may refuse shipment of Delta-9 hemp products into any state or locality that expressly prohibits or restricts such products under applicable law, regulation, or regulatory guidance.

THCA Products Restrictions

Certain states prohibit THC-related cannabinoids, including THCA, even when derived from federally lawful hemp, and may classify such products as controlled, regulated, or prohibited substances. Pipe420 may restrict shipment of THCA products into states or localities where these products are currently prohibited, restricted, or subject to enforcement action.

Carrier, Regulatory & Law-Enforcement Authority

Pipe420 reserves the right to update, restrict, cancel, intercept, or refuse any shipment at any time without notice based on federal, state, or local legal changes, regulatory interpretations, carrier rules or policies, compliance requirements, or law-enforcement guidance. Orders that are refused, delayed, seized, returned, or destroyed by a shipping carrier, customs authority, or law-enforcement agency due to current or future legal restrictions are not refundable.

Customer Responsibility & Legal Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Pipe420, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are responsible for verifying the legality of any product in your state, county, city, and delivery destination prior to purchase.
2. Hemp-derived cannabinoid laws change frequently and may be enforced differently by regulators and carriers.
3. Pipe420 makes no guarantee that any product is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Pipe420 is not liable for orders refused by carriers, seized by authorities, or rendered unlawful due to current or future legal changes.
