All information on the Site is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site.

Pipe420 sells smoking accessories and related hardware. Pipe420 does not sell cannabis, tobacco, nicotine, or controlled substances. Any references to use cases are for lawful adult accessory use only, and users are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

The Site may contain (or you may be sent through the Site) links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties or links to websites and features in banners or other advertising. Such external links are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness by us.

We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Age Restriction (21+)

User Representations

User Registration

Products & Variations

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Handmade and glass products may have minor variations in color, thickness, shape, pattern, or finish due to manufacturing processes. These variations are not defects and do not necessarily qualify for return or replacement.

Purchases and Payment

We accept payment methods made available at checkout, which may include major credit/debit cards and other payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Shipping, Delivery, and Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information at checkout. While we may use automated address verification and carrier validation, the customer remains solely responsible for the address submitted.

Orders marked "Delivered" by the carrier are considered successfully delivered and fulfilled. Pipe420 is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or delivered to the address provided by the customer. If optional package protection/insurance is offered at checkout, coverage and claims are governed by the provider's terms and must be filed through that provider.

Return Policy

Please review our Warranty, Returns & Exchanges Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by that policy. The return policy is expressly incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customer Support, Chat, and Ticket System

Pipe420 operates a centralized customer support system through website chat, contact forms, and/or a support portal that issues a unique support ticket number for each request.

All order, shipping, billing, refund, exchange, damage, and warranty assistance requests must be submitted through this ticket system and include a valid order number. A ticket constitutes formal notice to Pipe420 that an issue exists. Customers are responsible for retaining their ticket number and providing required documentation (including photos/videos) when requested. Requests made outside the ticket system (including social media messages or chargebacks) do not constitute a valid service request unless a ticket is created and acknowledged by our system.

Manufacturer Warranties / Retailer Status Disclaimer

Pipe420 is a retail distributor and direct-to-consumer marketplace. We do not manufacture the products sold on the Site and do not provide, guarantee, underwrite, or administer manufacturer warranties.

Some products may be covered by warranties offered solely by the brand or manufacturer. Any defect, malfunction, performance issue, safety concern, design flaw, or manufacturing flaw—including defects present at the time of production—is the responsibility of the original manufacturer, not Pipe420. Pipe420 may, at its discretion, assist customers by collecting documentation and routing claims to the appropriate manufacturer through our ticketing system; this assistance does not constitute acceptance of warranty liability by Pipe420.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to compile a database or directory without written permission.
• Make any unauthorized use of the Site, such as collecting user details or creating accounts under false pretenses.
• Use buying agents or purchasing agents to conduct transactions.
• Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related infrastructure.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.

Mobile Application License

If you access the Site via a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or decrypt the source code; modify or translate the architecture; violate tracking laws; or use the application to establish competing digital infrastructure or interfaces.

Submissions

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information ("Submissions") provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Site for violations; take legal action against violators; restrict or disable cumbersome content; and otherwise manage the Site to protect our proprietary rights and operations.

Please be advised the Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from the European Union, Asia, or any region with laws that differ from U.S. laws, then through your continued use you are transferring your data to the United States and consent to it being processed there. We do not knowingly accept, request, or solicit information from children under 13.

Term and Termination

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES) TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. We may terminate your use or participation or delete your account at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact Pipe420 through our ticketed support system and allow up to 30 business days for us to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

Binding Arbitration

If the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL.

The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and, where appropriate, the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes ("AAA Consumer Rules"). Except where otherwise required by AAA rules or law, the arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California.

The Parties agree any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the Parties individually; class-action or representative actions are explicitly barred. Disputes to enforce or protect intellectual property, or those arising from theft/piracy, are exempt from mandatory arbitration mandates. All claims must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

Limitations of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of: (1) use of the Site; (2) breach of these Terms; (3) breach of your representations and warranties; (4) violation of rights of a third party; or (5) any harmful act toward any other user.

No statements made by Pipe420 or any brand sold on this website constitute medical advice. Product descriptions, strain names, flavor names, or effect labels are for descriptive and marketing purposes only and do not guarantee any specific result. Users assume all risk associated with product selection and use.
