Shipping and Return

We ship discreetly across the U.S. with USPS and UPS ✦ Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Our two ongoing promotional U.S. shipping rates are $4.99 on orders up to $75 and free shipping on orders over $75. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Eligible items can be returned under our Returns & Exchange Policy or through Start a Return in Pipe420 chat using the customer’s Order ID. For warranties, exchanges, or general help, customers should select Contact Support to open a ticket.

If an item arrives cracked or damaged, customers must start a chat request with their Order ID and email clear photos plus proof of purchase as instructed within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
